Almost like clock work, the Queensbridge MC has continued his legacy of consistency by providing hip hop with at least one project a year. After mixed reviews of the “Kayne West” produced effort “Nasir” & “Lost Tapes” he returns with “King’s Disease” which has received rave reviews

Entirely produced by multi platinum producer “Hit Boy” who has worked with everyone from Jay-Z to Beyonce, the 13 track effort reminds the hip hop community why Mr Escobar is considered one of the top 3, if not the top lyricist hip hop has ever seen. The project contains collaborations with Big Sean, Lil Durk, Anderson Paak & a surprise “Firm” reunion with Foxy Brown, AZ & Cormega entitled “Full Circle“

“Full Circle” in particular, notably missing Queens MC “Nature” gives hip hop fans a gimps of a potential full “Firm” album which may be in the works, although no official announcement has been made as of today

In true esco fashion, the second single “Spicy” which features Brooklyn Drill rapper “Fivio Foreign” & Harlem MC Asap Ferg shows the longevity of Nas, still being able to release relevant material almost 30 years after his debut project “Illmatic”
