In the wake of a Pandemic, he found a creative way to push unsigned talent from Instagram to National Radio. By holding a weekly cypher on social media and selecting artist weekly to appear on SiriusXM a national radio platform. Artist would simply join his live, recite their best material and hope to be selected.

Even before the pandemic, his weekly talent cypher which ran for 41 weeks and still going was able to place over 120 unsigned artist on radio
“I would select artist through my unsigned talent showcase. Give them an open platform to say their best stuff. Each week I would go in there searching for the best of the best. Looking for the next star the world needs to hear” says Inph. “When things changed, we had to readjust the way we did things. Switched the format to social media and still able to give back as much as possible”
